Hopefully the live version gets a release later. It sounds more interesting than the deluxe version.

I got tickets for this. Not that I thought I wouldn't get tickets. I am glad the show is seated.

I noticed they shared the 'Teardrop (Mazaruni Dub 1)'
...and it's just the "Teardrop (Mad Professor Mazaruni Vocal Mix)" with a new title ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
really starting to feel better about not buying this new vinyl edition

Lame to retitle it, building up hopes of fans. But that's a bloody great remix!

A bit of a correction -
I finally listened to 'Teardrop (Mazaruni Dub 1)' and 'Teardrop (Mad Professor Mazaruni Vocal Mix)' back-to-back
and it is slightly different. Like there's a few points where the dub/echo effects last a bit longer (or at different portions of the vocals)
...and in other news - the album's been delayed until next year

If it's not releasing a new album after two EPs then it's putting together a lazy reissue or offering a remixing app that only works on iOS. Massive Attack are just one big disappointment after another big disappointment after another big disappointment.

That’s a pretty poor track list. I would have hoped for the full version of “Wire”, the original version of “Superpredators”, “Nature Of Threat” and “Reflection”. Still, I can save my money. I can link yous up with the live version that was played at their Finsbury Park gig on 2nd August 1997 if you want it?
I'm fairly certain that the rip floating around the web is from my own rip from my Radio 1 recorded cassette tape. Someone asked for it ages ago so it's good to go in FLAC. It's 6mins 44secs

...Fuck.
I'm not sure if it's sample clearance, as they did re-release Mezzanine in 2017 (with no bonus material)
If it really is delayed, I'd guess there was something wrong with the actual pressing, or the packaging itself
What is strange, is that there's someone on discogs selling the new version already (and has multiple photos of the release)

It's 6mins 44secs Thanks mate, but I’ve got both the rip from the DVD credits (which I think the guy behind the Red Lines website did), and the actual studio version which is on YouTube.
