Yep we'll be the ones with the 12 week old nipper so you won't be the only parents! We land in the big smoke about 1 and then will check in, have lunch and head down a little early for drinks before. I think we nearly met up at Bex Hill... I doubt we will miss each other this time!!! not sure what our plans are but we will be about before doors. Yep we missed each other at Bexhill, should be easier to spot you this time! We can compare prams!

Totally gutted that I went for the other reward now. Hope everyone has a mint night. I know the books pretty hefty but if anyone would like to carry round an extra copy all night and possibly get it signed I would be more than great full. I can paypal the cash over for the book and will cover both postage and some beverage costs.
Have a great one anyway

Having the luxury of working less than half an hour away from the venue, I was humbled to meet all the folk who'd travelled so much further to be there. Pretty sure it was worth the journey though – the original canvases, many of the artists and collaborators milling around and being super approachable made for a memorable night.

the exhibition would've been excellent to see, but I'd have been equally happy to catch up with your good self and many others I've known on here for longer than any of us would care to admit!

Likewise! I think you'd have dug the canvases, really weird seeing them at full size, particularly the square ones which didn't make sense in my head – what are these large records, and why is there no typography?
I did think of getting you a book, but luckily I'd seen your other message already.
There was a good vibe at the show, once the drinks had loosened everybody up a bit. Easy enough to strike up random chats, no matter how tenuous the connections.
One day we will catch up! Will be up your way for a wedding in August. So weird that you referenced going to Beggars in Putney – I had no idea their shop was there. I was on Putney Bridge when I first heard about the Kickstarter, weirdly, and now I'm based in Kingston where the other shop is. So someday our paths will cross. We're doing OK for places, but just not times.
