kinda but if it's a radio rip of a new track, no. if it's a mix, ok. if it's a track that only appeared on a promo, ok if it's something that's impossible to get hold of, ok
like i said. if it can be easily bought, please don't put it up

what is "easily available in a shop"? i mean, a rare 12'' for $100 may be easily available, but not easily afforfdable. I don't consider spending shitloads just to hear one song a badge of honour.

"a rare 12'' for $100 may be easily available" easy if you're loaded. It's not easy for me to fork out 100 quid for a record

"It's not easy for me to fork out 100 quid for a record" me neither. that was the point, i guess. so what i'd like to know is, at what point can we upload things? i mean, i'm after the rare tracks "Spinners" and "Dewback", could they be uploaded? just trying to guage feeling here.

Its up to Shivo but if they can only be bought 2nd hand, the artist isn't going to get royalties anyway so it might not matter. I think it mainly means if it can be bought new it shouldn't be uploaded? PS - wasn't roscomoscow the sheriff in the dukes of hazard

I'm no trying to screw UNKLE out of any money... It's GU I'm after ^_^
Since MoWax is kinda no more (hehe, NoMo'), what does that say about the legality of MP3s of the catalog? The TimeMachine definitely needs to be heard by more without having to blow $100+ on the 'bay.
