Trailer was decent. Hell, it was better than the movie attached to it (Elektra over here), Wonder how much they fucked with the story line and is it for the better. Speaking of... Anyone familiar with the 1994 Fantastic Four?

I actually thought the trailer was crap. It looks too much like a typical boring action movie with lots of special effects. There are simply too many upcoming movies which looks alot more interesting (Batman begins, SW3 and Sin city).
Oh, and the 1994 movie made me laugh alot. Both the actual movie and the story behind the production and why it never was released.

You can read about the 1994 Fatastic Four Here. It was filmed and never meant to be released to is was made with a shoestring budget. For starters, The Human Torch's flame on was basically just setting a dressed up manequin on fire in front of a bad backdrop. It was bad... really bad, but in that sense it was like watching a slow motion train wreck filled with clowns. It was funny how bad it actually was. I had a torrent to it but it went dead. It was a 5th generation VHS rip anyways. You can still find the video in Comic Conventio circles or VHS swap sites online.

I always thought the Fantastic 4 were hokier and cornier than any of the other marvel heroes. I love The Thing, but it's hard for me to get excited about a movie that has Jessica Alba...a little girl...playing the Invisible WOMAN, just because she is hot. Don't get me wrong, I am a pathetic slobbering male just like the rest of 'em, but I have a time and place for my eye candy.
