Recently bought this 12" with some tracks supposedly produced by DJ Shadow, now the tracks are good, even if there not Shadow but just wondered if anyone recognised any of the named tracks from early E.Ps or B-sides... and this might just be a collection of them thrown together on a repress?
DJ Shadow - Keeping Time (KTR001) 1. Song For Sophia 2. A Peek In Time 3. Roy Theme 4. Bring Madlib Up

they are Shadow tracks If you are interested in others - check out this site: www.mochilla.com/keepintime/store.htmA couple of other 12"s to check out and the DVD comes with a CD of remixes I think the movie was put out in limited theaters at the end of 2002 - and the CD/12" were done for release after that point. Not sure exactly though - someone else more knowledgable may be able to help out here

I think they are old, I think the nu mark & chemist stuff was the drummer comp they released on vid, the vid was shown on his last tour, I was gonna check for sure on the shad website but the merch section is offline. I'm only guessing so I might be well off target. Speaking of the shadow site there is a track 108 tempo that you can play as a choice of 4 for music while you browse the site, is this available of is it just a loop for the site as it's superb!!

I called Miss Cleo and she assured me that the thrid album would rox0rz my sox0rz.
If it's anything like the direction 'Private Press' went or of the quality of 'In Tune and On Time' I will be a very happy boy. And of course it means the obligatory NYC tour stop ^_^

Word, it should have been a 2 CD deal because those other sets are amazing. If you got the CD only ver, you lucked out.
Note to Self: Rip Shadow DVD Audio for iPod ^_^
If only there was an isolated visuals track... The entire set was amazing.

EMI rejected the remix, the official reason being that they thought the sample clearance issue would be impossible to resolve. djshadow.com gave 'em away for a week in Nov/Dec with every purchase over $25 - I bought the Product Placemnet DVD and, sure enough, got the vinyl through the mail too. Very nice 10" picture disc - sits nicely with my In/Flux . They're now going for silly money on ebay.
