Eil are talking crap.
"Real African Lyrics From Real Africans - US - 12" more of this title DJ SHADOW/ZIMBABWE LEGIT Real African Lyrics From Real Africans (Legendary US 7-track DJ promo 12" single featuring 'Shadow's Legitimate Mix [rumoured to be DJ Shadow's first appearance on vinyl!], in custom stickered Hollywood Basictitle sleeve HB-61284-1 SUPERB!) -"
There's no rumours about it, Shadow's first vinyl release is the 12" promo of his remix of the Lifers Group. It has Lesson 4 on the b-side. At least this being sold is an official release (I think). This track is on Mo'Wax Headz 2b as well.

well, this is the first official release - in that it's not a promo I scored my copy for like ~$15 I didn't know that it was repressed a ton though I was hoping that I got it for a steal
