Hi, I had a several issues with the store powered by sandbag like sending a rare print without tracking number or stupid saying that item that I bought was sold out (as if I were blind I can already see on the store page a "Sold out" label - they should know better that I was faster than someone and I had a big order so... just a few gances on their system to know that it takes a little effort to make it more worthwhile for them) - I hope they will do ANYTHING in this case. They can't contact with Unkle to say they screwed up.
As far as I know I'm not a single person that have problems with them. I think UNKLE team should know that people selling their merchandise are playing with customers. The problem is I don't know how, where. They are isolated, no public mails.
Does anyone know what I can do about this?

I can't see it now but UNKLE did send out an email or something where they acknowledged there were issues with the Sandbag and specifically with the prints (they sent the wrong ones to almost everyone because the wrong images were uploaded which led to heaps of confusion).
UNKLE have had stacks of issues over their suppliers and stores in the past 12 months. They've also been fairly rubbish communicating anything to fans apart from in random Facebook comments replying to complaints. You could try commenting on one of their Facebook posts, but even then they don't seem to answer all of them.

Well, I do have problems with 88music and shipping UNKLE TShirts too. Sent them many emails about a missing order, but no answer so far. Don`t know what to do too.
