I just saw that Glen E. Friedman has a new book on his work with Run-DMC and Beastie Boys. You can look through quite a bit of it on Amazon as well. It's cheaper elsewhere though if you're planning on purchasing. I use Booko to find the best book prices.

I have a soft spot for Licensed To Ill and those early Def Jam records so this looks like something I'll pick up eventually.
