Just noticed something, thanks to Ben Drury's Instagram account. These bloody graphic designers steal everything! Might be a cool place to post other design/logo thefts if you think of any. It's like visual sample-spotting.

Noticed this a few minutes ago too, this freaked me out for a second (What! A Mo' Wax Dusted badge? ) Here's something I've seen yesterday. This is not new to anyone here I think, but still worth a reminder

Yeah, I also thought it was a metallic 'Dusted' logo. I even checked on eBay and found some of the car badges for sale. A bit expensive (>£40) for something so silly though.
Swifty and Ben Drury really do 'borrow' a lot of their logos when you look into it. Though both great at original stuff too. Can't think of any more right now...

The creative industries are full of people 'borrowing' stuff from others. Although there's a massive difference between someone taking inspiration for a flyer design and large advertising agencies combing YouTube to ideas to sell to clients. But there's a lot in between too.
“Immature poets imitate; mature poets steal; bad poets deface what they take, and good poets make it into something better, or at least something different.” T.S. Eliot, 1920. (And even that quotation may not have been original.)

I thought of that quote too, but though it was Picasso. I guess that was stolen too. Yeah, I know these ones but great examples. I wasn't even thinking of Mo'Wax in particular, but it's certainly a good area to start! The Death Mix one is done by Kai Clements too. I like this one, more obvious when you seen them in person as they're both made of weird awkwardly folded onion skin paper.
