Hey guys, the remix of There Goes the Fear is one of my all time favorites, but I only have it on the Global Underground from Barcelona by James Lavelle. I was wondering if anyone has an mp3 of the uncut remix. I'm hoping it is rare enough for, Shivo perhaps, to put it up somewhere, but if not, I would understand. Truth is I'd be surprised if anyone has ever found that EP from the Doves at all. Thanks.

there is a Unmixed version on a GU promo called GU#23 unmixed. I'll see if I have a 'digital' version of it.

Theres a Full version mix on the Global Underground Barcelona James Lavelle Vinyl pack
Global Underground No.23 James Lavelle 3x L.P
* Sotero - The Vibe
* Layo & Bushwacka! - Let The Good Times Roll
* Force Mass Motion V Dylan Ryhmes - Hold Back
* Meat Katie - Next Life
* DJ Shadow - Mongel... Meets His Maker
* Doves - There Goes The Fear (Unklesounds GU Edit)
I would have prefered the Unkle Mix of Ian Brown's F.E.A.R on Vinyl but it appears that the Doves Remix is perhaps more sought after than it would appear - you might find a Vinyl-rip somewhere...

funny. I always thought it was complete on the GU release... I mean it starts out pretty ambient-y

I Can't verify what i've said as i'm at uni and don't have have my decks with me, i know i have the Unkle mix on a Mini-disc somewhere, if i can find it as i know i've recorded from the 12" - it would'nt surprise me if the version of GU 23 is in fact the full version as it is on the 12"

Interesting. Maybe it is the full version. It just seems to sort of come out of nowhere. I would expect there to be at least a slightly longer intro, but perhaps not. Thanks to all who have replied.
