On account of Mr. Lavelle deciding never to release this one, would anyone be so kind as to upload it? I've searched around, but all I could find was a snippet on some podcast

I don't think anyone has anything, but a set rip, of the track. I could be wrong, but I wouldn't bet on it.

yea - you can ONLY get it sourced from the XFM broadcast...
well - someone here (I forget who) actually had the cd-r of the whole set (or at least, a copy of it) that was used in the broadcast... b/c I mean - more often than not, these "live sets" that are played on radio shows are actually just things the dj/musician/whoever did ahead of time
although - I don't remember it being in a really high bitrate

yup!
If I remember correctly - the 192 kbps version was recorded off the broadcast while the 128 mp4 is from the actual disc used for the broadcast.

Anyone by chance still have the 128 kbps rip from the actual XFM broadcast disc? Looking for the segment with BBC Radiophonic Workshop 'Theme from Dr Who' (UNKLE Reconstruction). Thanx in advance!

I have the 192 copy of the theme but not the actual entire mix. Here it is if it helps: drive.google.com/open?id=1nBWBg3MI1U_PweQ4o3zsI8UX4FHBnbpe

So there exist a promo cd of all the remixes of the Dr Who themes/music ( see ebay listing) CD was to be called: Resistance Is Futile: Doctor Who Remixed As part of the 40th Anniversary celebrations, BBC Music has commissioned a series of remixes, modern interpretations and re-workings of Radiophonic Workshop material and classic DOCTOR WHO music.
Artists (including the very best in Club DJs), which include Lemon Jelly, The Orb, Radioslave, 808state, UNKLE, Howie B, Coldcut, Mark B and St Etienne were all given access to parts of the extensive archive of material which help shape the sound of modern dance music. The results are a unique insight into how artists of today were influenced by this groundbreaking music of the past.

I remember downloading a compilation which had heaps of these remixes on it in the 2000s, but maybe the one I had was compiled by fans? I remember it being very annoying after a while hearing the same song for an hour with club beats.
