edit - see picture in later post
i cant find any reference on discogs to this, and I didn't know that Marlboro put out what appears to be standard mo wax sleeves, with what appears to be an extra sticker on them.
Anyone have any info about this?

There are a few. I think there's a versions of Endtroducing and Meiso. But the best is the Donut Productions album that is exclusive to this sub-label. Annoyingly they're blocked for sale on Discogs due to associations with the tobacco industry. Which is dumb. More release info here (not just the Mo'Wax stuff): www.discogs.com/label/47851-Marlboro-Music

Thanks MoMatt. What is a bit strange about this though is that the Marlboro releases of mo wax stuff were usually cds. This is a vinyl release, and it seems to be the original mo wax label product, with an extra sticker on it, using the same swifty typeface that the mowax covers were using at that time. There isn't any record that I can see on discogs of Marlboro releasing sortie des hombres on vinyl

Maybe it was a promo or one-off? Do you own this, or is it just something you saw online? Pretty cool either way. It'd be nice to have the whole Marlboro Music Mo'Wax collection!

Sorry momatt, I didn't realise that the link wasn't working. This is what I mean. I have 2 of these, dee c lee , new reality vibe and rpm, sortie des hombres. Dee c lee has the sticker on the front, and rpm has the same one on the back. These are mine, on their way in the post to me right now. Never seen them before. I believe these were sold in Germany. But very unusual that the vinyl produce is the standard mo wax twelve, with this extra sticker put on it. I think the swifty typeface looks cool, and suggests that it was printed up at the mo wax end

MoMatt do you know the history of why this album never came out on mo wax but did come out on Marlboro music. Curious about this, as it had a mo wax catalogue number assigned to it

Curious about this, as it had a mo wax catalogue number assigned to it Not really sure, it's a dope and under-rated album. Really deserved a wider release and an LP. Seems strange to limit it to just the one country. I don't think it had an official MW catalogue number, did it? Maybe ask him? www.facebook.com/lifeseeker1

Oh ok, I thought that was the case. More of a rumored MW number from fans, rather than official I think. Not that it matters really.
