As great as the boxset is, it'd be nice if they mentioned this plan before.

Pretty annoyed by this. So for the people who went out of there way to preorder and support the band and also Kai and Sunny get an inferior release unsigned and without the digital release. Feel like I've just been kickstartered again! What a joke.

From lastest email...
Toydrum aka James Griffith and Pablo Clements release "My Eye On You (To Reinvision)", a collective interpretation of the duo’s catalogue to date on Skint Records, April 7th.
Running the gamut from Nick Cave’s balladry to Trentmoller’s drum and base tinted electronica, "To Reinvision" was an opportunity for the duo to “let a lot of friends, peers and people we love to work with explore our songs,” explains James Griffith.

from the Toydrum facebook - the items for sale are the stock we have , kai and sunny sold there allocation at he show and we held ours back until our full release , the reason we never released the digital at the time was due to the time between our release and the Kais show , the chances if digital were out there ,it would of leaked everywhere , we will send out a link to people that purchased a vinyl at the show last year

Apparently another EP is on the way - designed to go in the box...! Awww yeah! I'm a sucka for a sexy vinyl boxset. Yes, mp3s should come with vinyl purchases as standard. I often have to pirate them instead. Which is technically legal I suppose.

Just copped the boxset, could not afford it when it came out first so I'm happy!
